About Me

With over two decades of LiFE coaching experience, guiding many people from different facets of life, I bring a fresh, unique, integrated, and compassionate 💝 approach to helping people transform 🦋 their lives and achieve the freedom, peace 🕊️, and happiness they so desire and deserve.

I’ve had my share of struggles, challenges 🚧, adversities, and difficulties (my "rocks" 🪨) including:

✅ Growing up in a dysfunctional family environment, where I (and my voice 🗣️) was oppressed 🚫, suppressed, and repressed.

✅ Being in unhealthy relationships that drained and depleted 🪫 me and my energy.

✅ Not feeling like I belonged, anywhere, being many people’s “waste basket” 🗑️, and being judged 🫵 and criticized just for being myself.

✅ Being incessantly bullied for most of my life, from family, friends, peers and colleagues.

✅ Being a “workaholic”, eventually getting burnt out, and being out of holistic balance in my life.

✅ Losing the passion that I once had in my former career, and struggling to find 🔎 my true meaning and purpose in life.

✅ Abuse that came in several different forms, which created many emotional wounds and scars 🤕.

✅ Addictions 🥃, and not just to substances, but also people, processes and behaviours.

✅ The turmoil of divorce and navigating the adverse effects it had on my well-being and that of my young children.

And because I’ve gone through so much, having "been there and done that,” I can more easily resonate 💓 with you, facilitating a beautiful HEART-CENTERED 💞 CONNECTION that helps me understand you on a deeper level.

 I seamlessly use the knowledge and wisdom that I have gained on my own journey of personal growth 🌱 and self-discovery, my personal experiences and stories 📚, as well as tools 🧰 and practices that worked to help me transform 🦋 my LiFE and achieve 🏆 my own freedom, peace 🕊️, and happiness.
